Once logged into your Mac click the Apple logo at the top left of the screen and select System Preferences

In the new windows type VPN in the top right search box and select VPN Options which it should find.

Click the + icon at the bottom left and in the pop window choose VPN from the first drop down field, and L2TP over IPSEC in teh second field.  Enter a common name in the Service Name field.

Click Create once finished.

In the next window enter the information sent in the email from support, this should be a server address and account name.

Click Authentication Settings and enter your network password, this is the password used to access the company server.

In the Shared Secret field enter the information sent in the email from support.
